2013 : The Unit started its operation as a JV (50:50) company (Texmaco UGL Rail Private Ltd.) from its 10,000 SqM Plant Area

In this period the unit had developed and continued supplies of various fabricated – machined – painted parts for Rolling Stock & Material Handling Equipment domain.

In addition to existing supply agreement with WABTEC for IR Marhowra Diesel Locomotive parts, Hi-Tech unit had also signed a contract with ALSTOM to supply IR Madhepura Electric Locomotive (CBS) primary parts at a ramp up schedule.

The unit has adequate in-house infrastructure and equipped with CNC Laser/Plasma/Oxy Plate Cutting, CNC Bending, Robotic Bevelling & Welding, Stress Relieving, CNC 5 axis Machining, Environment controlled Blasting & Painting.

The unit is certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & EN 15085 CL1
