Mr. Saroj Kumar Poddar aged 76 years, a leading Indian industrialist of international repute, is Chairman of the Adventz group.

Mr. Poddar is the Chairman of India-Saudi Arabia Joint Business Council and is a Member of the Indo-French CEO Forum. Mr. Poddar has served as President of FICCI and International Chamber of Commerce in India, and has been appointed by the Government of India on the Board of Trade - the highest body on trade – as well as on the Board of the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.

Mr. Akshay Poddar, aged 45 years is the son of Mr. Saroj Kumar Poddar. He holds a degree in Honours in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science, from University of London. He has expertise in managing large business set ups.

Mr. Indrajit Mookerjee aged 74 years earned his B. Tech (Hons) Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and did his Masters Degree (MS in Chemical Engineering) from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. He was the Managing Director of Lorch Welding Products Private Limited and he is also associated with the Tollygunge Club Limited.

Mr. Sudipta Mukherjee, a Post graduate from IISWBM and has certification on Production Management from AOTS Japan, Executive Management Certification from Tepper School of Business, USA & Fulbright Fellowship in Leadership & Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. He carries with him about 25 years’ of rich & expert experience across Rail Rolling Stock, Logistics, Railway Components, Foundry& castings, Bridges & Structures, Defence Sector to mention some key areas. He has actively participated in Industry through various professional association as Chairman of ITI Barrackpore, CII member for Advisory to Railway on Design, HR&IR Sub Committee member of CII, Chairman Railway Task Force- CII and many more. Earlier he was associated with Titagarh Wagons Ltd. as Whole Time Director.

Mr. A. K. Vijay aged 68 years is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a qualified Company Secretary with an experience of 45 years. He holds expertise in financial matters.

Mr. D. R. Kaarthikeyan, aged 82 years, is a Graduate in Bachelor of Science (Chemistry and Agriculture) and is also a Bachelor of Law. After practising as Lawyer for three years, he got selected and appointed to the elite Indian Police Service. He has held challenging positions like Chief of Investigation team of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, etc. Mr. Kaarthikeyan was conferred the Padma Shri, one of the highest civilian awards in the Country by the Government of India.

Mr. Amitabha Guha, aged about 73 years, holds a Masters Degree in Science from University of Calcutta. Mr. Guha has specialized expertise in finance & banking having experience spanning around 4 decades. He has been a Banker throughout his life and has also served as the Managing Director in State Bank of Hyderabad and State Bank of Travancore apart from being the Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India. Post his retirement, he joined South Indian Bank as Non – Executive Chairman and has since retired from there. Currently, Mr. Guha holds the position of Independent Director in various companies.

Ms. Rusha Mitra, a law graduate from The W. B. National University of Juridical Sciences Kolkata, has spent over a decade at Messrs Khaitan & Co, Advocates and has specialisation in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, demergers, reconstructions and reorganisation and advises companies on wide range of corporate law matters and Insolvency & Bankruptcy related matters.

Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya, a Post-graduate in physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and trained on Investment Appraisal & Management, Financial & Economic evaluation of Investment proposals from Harvard University, is having an experience of over four decades. He is the former Chairman of Coal India Ltd. He was also associated with Bharat Coking Coal Limited as Chairman cum Managing Director from November 2003 to September 2006. He has served as Managing Director of Haldia Petrochemicals Limited from April 2011 to June 2012. Having served as Executive Director of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd. from October 2012 to January 2016, continuing thereafter as Non-Executive Director of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd. since January 2016. Currently, Mr. Bhattacharyya holds the position of Independent Director in various companies.

Mr. Utsav Parekh has been a pioneer in the Investment Banking field in India. He has an experience of over 38 years in this field. He is the Promoter and Chairman of SMIFS Capital Market Limited which has grown to become one of the foremost Investment Banking companies in Kolkata. He is also one of the first private equity investors in India having invested in a full range of companies ranging from IT, Real Estate, Entertainment, Sports Management and Telecommunications amongst others. He is also an Honorary Counsel of the Czech Republic in Kolkata.

Mr. Virendra Sinha, a Post-graduate in Business Administration from Allahabad University, started his career with Balmer Lawrie and Company Limited in the year 1980 as a Management Trainee. He headed Balmer Lawrie (U.K.) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Balmer Lawrie which was engaged in Leasing of Freight Containers and Tea Blending & Packaging. In January 2012 he took over as the Chairman & Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie and superannuated in July 2015.
